Two RCMP constables opened fire on someone outside the Onslow Belmont Fire Brigade Hall on April 19 during the manhunt for the Nova Scotia mass murderer.
Who they were shooting at is unknown, but what's far more disturbing is neither cop checked to see if their bullets injured or killed anyone before fleeing the scene.
