Pleasant Hills Officer Kristin Mitrisin found more than she bargained for when Joe and Jody Schleicher flagged her down on Pennsylvania Route 51 on April 27th.
The frantic parents told Officer Mitrisin their 9-day-old baby girl Olivia stopped breathing.
Today Olivia is alive because of Officer Mitrisin's quick thinking and excellent training.
